1000KW Industrial Gas Oil Fired Thermal Oil Furnace Hot Oil Boiler For Detergent Industry
Oil gas fired hot oil boiler is a kind of energy saving heating equipment, it can get a high temperature (around 350℃) under a low working pressure (0.8MPa). The working medium is hot oil, a circulating pump forced hot oil circulating in liquid phrase, and transfer heat to heat user equipment, then return back to the boiler for reheating. The fuel could be both oil and gas, based on the characteristics of fuel, the hot oil boiler could be equipped with different burners.
The organic heat carrier furnace is the once through special boiler, uses coal (bituminous coal, anthracite), light oil, heavy oil, liquefied petroleum gas, natural gas, artificial gas, waste wood, sanding powder, etc. as fuel, and the heat transfer oil is used as a heat carrier, and the circulating pump is used to force liquid phase circulation to transfer the heat energy to heat equipment, and then returns to the heating furnace to reheat the heat.

YY(Q)W series thermal fluid boiler heater has skid-mounted design and full automatic control system. The heat carrier is thermal fluid oil, boiler's working pressure ≤1.0MPa, working temperature ≤310℃. Adopting three-pass structure, 3 layer corrugated coil rings.
Free-Installation
The complete boiler system is well skid-mounted on the basement, also we have done the pipe(valves) connection and wire connection. After receiving the boiler, user no need to do installation, just filling the thermal fluid oil, join the fuel and electricity. Entire boiler system is portable.
